Try to mix up everything you eat with new fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices. Rather than go home thinking I had to eat white meat plain boring, think tonight I think we can try Indian food and tomorrow we will definitely Mexican.

Once you get into the habit of looking at different foods and flavors, I can guarantee you wont lose most of the old food that you used to eat. Plus now there is nothing stopping you from having some old faithfuls occasionally and adding them to a far greater variety of food choices. The best news is this though, now you’ve started to try healthy foods in moderation and attract new, naturally you have to lose weight, feel much better. You can also impress your friends with dinner parties continue to cook some foods that just taste great wild and they probably never thought of themselves.
